I don't know if it's a hit or miss with service; but, I always get the miss. I've been here multiple times and service is always terrible. I get seated pretty quickly, but wait for 15 minutes before a server even approaches us. Mind you, multiple workers look at the table and do nothing. The food is decent, not terrible. I just wish the servers would know what table is theirs and when they have a customer. That's just to be initially seen! Throughout the meal is was like prying teeth getting attention for another drink. If I ever come back I'll order my water two at a time. Terrible service!!!!!!!!!!!
I love this restaurant. I am amazed that it has gotten bad reviews. I have eaten here about four times over the past three months. The food has always been great and the service staff very attentive and friendly. The food is tasty, hot and has always been served promptly. The prices are not extreme for the portions and quality you are getting. I will keep going back and highly recommend the place to anyone interested in pretty authentic Mexican food and a good atmosphere.
The food is decent, but the restaurant is loud and the staff can leave you waiting. While our waitress was super nice, it took us close to 20 minutes to flag her down to get our check. I really enjoyed the burrito loco - it's fried and covered in a couple of different sauces. Ask for the spicy salsa. It's fantastic.
