If they knew how to treat people well and actually work instead of relax at home then this could be a very successful business because the food isn’t bad. A lot better than Dos Juanitos across the street. But the man that owns it and manages it, he just isn’t that smart. He needs someone else to run his business for him. It’s OK though he’s got a good idea he just needs help executing it
