2 months agoSuch kind and great service. Food here was good home cooking. I have been to other restaurants that have 5 stars, but this cafes food is much better than the other restaurants !

4 months agoNice, quiet little diner! Staff is super friendly. The food is okay, but the prices are reasonable. I’ll be eating there again next time I’m doing work in the area!

9 months agoI was very disappointed in my experience here. It says they are open until 3pm on Saturdays. I arrived at 2:05 and saw several cars there, but the sign was turned to “closed”. I walked in and asked if they were open. The woman I asked said “for 20 more minutes”, turned around and walked away. It was clear she did not want to start service for any more customers. Seeing as we weren’t welcome, we left. It’s a shame because we were really looking forward to eating there.

2 years agoOut to breakfast this morning. Cafe 920 on fm 920 in Poolville. Hubby had pancakes which were huge and so light with bacon and 2 over easy eggs. I had the Denver Omelet. It was stuffed with onions, bell pepper and ham..covered with cheese. And hash browns that were nice and crisp. Everything was delicious!! And service was awesome.

Edited 9 months agoWe finally had the chance to stop by this local café, and it instantly became our new favorite breakfast spot. The staff was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. The food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious—just like a home-cooked meal at a family member’s house. If you’re looking for a cozy place with great food and even better people, I can’t recommend this spot enough!

Edited 3 years agoThe quintessential small town Diner. Friendly service, painfully slow. I don't think the cook can even look at 2 order tags at the same time. I WAITED 50 MINUTES FOR BREAKFAST and there were only 2 tables in front of me. Basic and good menu. Parking is limited.

4 years agoMy husband and I were in Texas looking for a house and for the C10 Nationals. We stumbled on this little town while driving around and decided to stop this little Cafe while driving through and are so glad we did! It was excellent! I got a fried steak sandwich and my husband got chopped pork. Both were delicious. Our server was very nice and quick. Great price AND they have the good ice.

4 years agoThis cafe has great food. We had the patty melt. It was cooked on a flattop and the crust on the burger was perfect. The place was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely return as this resturant is very close to our home. If you are in the area stop by and check out this restaurant.
