Was very disappointed. The sign said they open at 9 and several people including myself were waiting at 10:30 and they still hadn't opened. Other employees stated they were supposed to be open but no o e could get an answer. I understand things come up but when people travel in to have a day out and need a drink or something to eat it makes it nice not having to leave. An employee told another guest they could travel down the road to Dunkin. It caused many people to leave .
You could tell that the exhibits had been lovingly curated and arranged but the place is pretty run down. The prices at the café were decent, but they didn’t offer any plant based milk alternatives for coffee.
They should get an award for the world's worst and slowest service. You have to wait an hour in line to get premade sandwiches. The girl preparing the trays in the back was handling sandwiches without gloves and cross contaminating.
