See All ReviewsThe only complaint I have is that I was too full to keep eating. The food was delicious, so good it felt rude to leave without doing my own dishes.
I think this is my favorite Indian restaurant I’ve tried in Lakeland thus far (and I do love Indian so I’ve tried a good amount). They are located right off a side street of downtown and are very easy to miss walking by, but it’s a simplistic and cute place. I got the tikka masala and enjoyed it very much. It had slices of peppers and onions in it and that was a lovely touch. My friend tried the butter chicken, and it was also her first time trying any Indian, and she was immediately in love. The rice was cooked perfectly and the naan- the naan was the real show stopped, it was so soft and thick bread, some of the best naan by far I’ve tried at ANY Indian place, hoo-yah! Our waitress was the sweetest young lady, and she was the only server during a bush lunch hour and she was really working super hard. The fact that she still was so nice to us said a lot, and this will definitely be the restaurant I come back to anytime I’m craving Indian, and that is a common occurrence for me!
Restaurant is well kept and neat. I ordered Paneer tikka masala and the curry quantity is very less and should be increased. The naan that came with the entree are too small and burnt. Taste wise it is just ok. Give 3 stars because of the service and maintenance of the restaurant.
