Nicely sized serving of pork schnitzel. Salad had some great beans and cabbage in it. Fresh bread was delicious, and the German beer went great with the meal. Even though we walked in late, the server was still very welcoming and polite.
I had a very unfortunate experience there last night. I have eaten there multiple times before and the owner is very nice and the food is good. Last night our waiter became very upset when I requested a different side. He began to yell at me flailing his arms blaming me for the way I ordered. He became so threatening that I asked him to leave us alone to eat. He then returned to the table yelling louder and flailing his arms over my children. They became so upset that we had to leave before eating our food but I still paid the bill. It was absolutely the worst experience in any restaurant I have ever been to
We came in right at 4pm when they opened and was pleasantly surprised to find out there was a happy hour. Our waiter was very attentive and kept our beer full. The food was amazing! The escargot was my favorite.
