Great establishment, the food was great service is nice and I like the new location I've always been a fan
I visited Cajun Town on a Wednesday evening right before closing and ordered the blackened red snapper with rice and vegetables, along with a 10-piece shrimp dinner. When I got home, my husband and I split the snapper and found multiple bones in the fish. For a cleaned snapper fillet, that’s unacceptable, bones should not be present unless it’s served whole. I called the next day and spoke with the manager, Alexis, who apologized and offered to replace the meal. I told him I’d come back in a couple of days. When I returned, I decided to switch to salmon instead of risking another issue with the snapper. It was the same price, yet the request was met with resistance. Alexis eventually agreed, but his tone made it clear it was a problem. While waiting for my order, I also purchased another meal. When I received my food, there were no utensils or condiments included. I went back to the counter to ask for them and was given only one set, despite having two meals. When I politely asked for another, an older Hispanic employee responded rudely, saying, “You paid for one, you get one,” with a very dismissive and unprofessional attitude. The restaurant was nearly empty, and after this experience, it’s not hard to see why. Between the poor food quality and even worse customer service, this visit was extremely disappointing. I gave them an opportunity to make things right, and instead, I was met with attitude and unnecessary pushback over a simple, reasonable request. I spend my hard-earned money like anyone else and expect a basic level of quality and respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I won’t be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others.
