100% of the increase cost to operate a business under tariffs has been moved to the customer. Their phones don’t work on Fridays so you have to place a to-go order in person. Stood on line waiting to order. 2 snowbirds walk in 2 solid minutes after me and someone runs over to take their order first. Their priority lies solely in profit and anything but providing locals with genuine service. Great sushi best in highlands country
Stood at the front door for about 10 minutes before being acknowledged and seated. Lots of staff, very few clientele tonight. Another 10 minutes or so before our surly indifferent waitress took our order. Appetizer was slammed down in front of us as she rushed by. Dirty dishes piled up on our table as we drank our cocktails. Took an hour to get our entree. Food was just okay. See no reason to return.
Well we normally love the place. However the last to times we have got up and walked out. Last time we waited about 15 mins we had not had a server show up to the table yet. We noticed little sugar ants all over the table. So we opted to leave seeing as we had not been even greeted yet. Now today, Valentine’s Day, we sat and waited again over 20 mins no drinks ordered not even a hello I’ll be with you from a server. So we got up and left again. Both visits in was not busy at all. Several tables vacant. Customer service has gone downhill!
