I seen this place, said I was going to eat there. I called to see if you could order ahead. I was told that I needed to come in. I went placed my order, the guy was looking at me very closely. I left came back got my food. Now when I got the food it was around 8pm. I get home fed the family, Now around 11pm I get a call from the guy that made my food at the restaurant, Asking if I liked it? I find that unprofessional. But when we called back he made it seem as if I called him. I don't know if this happens to other patrons, or if this was policy but I did not appreciate it.
Purchased salmon dinner with rice & beans and Mac & cheese. And added a piece of catfish. Everything was good but OMG the flavor of the salmon was absolutely delicious. Owner/chef is such a nice guy. Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed
My 1st time at this restaurant. The items I wanted it did not have available such as yams, greens, etc. This was at 3:00p.m.-3:15 p.m. and they are already out of food items.? The only reason I gave it 3 stars was due to the kindness of the lady taking orders. Hopefully there will be improvement, since I'm told it just opened. I received my order by 3:45 p.m. I will let you know how the food taste, later.
