I stopped here for migas, carnitas, and chorizo egg and cheese tacos with my wife, and they were all amazing. Portion sizes for the price made it a great deal, and I’ll definitely be returning soon. Their carnitas taco is so good it rivals De Nada Cantina’s which have otherwise been my favorite. I look forward to returning to try some of their other menu items which were highly spoken of by the other people there
I've been coming to this food truck regularly now, and everything I've ordered from tacos to burgers has been delicious and a generous serving. It's become a regular favorite of me and my partner's. She is vegetarian and has been able to order a variety of items, also. Quick service with a smile, definitely worth a try!
Capital Taco serves great 🌮 and more. I used to go to them when they were on Ben White and Pack Saddle Pass. Then they moved to different location and I didn't know where they moved to. Glad to have found them again. Had a steak and egg breakfast Taco, delicious 😋. Stop by and try them, you won't be disappointed. BTW, although it's a food trailer, there's plenty of places to sit down and enjoy your food.
