2 months agoI would recommend this place to anyone therefore was great. The service was great. The restaurant was clean and the crew It was so wonderful and polite and there was a new young lady working there and she still get to know the register and she wasn’t quite getting it so the manager I believe her name was Cheyenne came and she was so sweet and helped her out and she was so respectful. And so courteous to me. I know I definitely will be coming back. Can you ever own just thought I’d give you guys pops cause you’re employees and manager last night. We’re also wonderful in polite guys 10 out of 10. you rock Captain D’s

3 months agoFood was delicious, fresh and the portions sizes were excellent. I had the sampler and was amazed at the taste and texture and the choice of condiments. The sampler was great for lunch and thought it would be much smaller due the price. I was wrong it was more than I expected. Went in for the nostalgia and left happy knowing I have a new place to go to now.

4 months agoAmber was EXCELLENT! Her customer service is top tier. She even convinced me to order fish and I DO NOT eat seafood. She was so friendly and welcoming. I would come back just to see her.

4 months agoAmber was excellent. It was obvious that her very personal and great attitude, she was the manager. She waited on me and very professional and awesome customer services. When my corn was cold, she immediately heat it up, and gave me an extra one. Wow. She makes you want to come back!!!

6 months agoAbsolutely amazing seafood fried to perfection. Also the dining room was clean and welcoming. This has definitely become my favorite Fish Fry Friday spot. 🎣🐺

7 months agoCustomer service was great very friendly but for a $13 meal that the Mac n Cheese was room temperature so were fries. Thankfully atleast the chicken was warm. If your gonna serve small portions atleast let the food be delicious and hot

7 months agoFirst timer. The drive thru speaker doesn’t work, so you have to remember everything before you drive up to the window to place your order. The guy that took my order was very professional—no complaints. Then you have to park to wait for your food [not a bad thing, unless they forget to give you something]. I ordered clam strips, butterfly shrimp, 2 pieces of batter dipped fish and tartar sauce. When they brought my order they forgot my tartar sauce. So now I have to get out of the car and make the line, while my food gets soggy—this defeats the purpose of the drive thru. They should wait for you to check your order instead of taking off right after handing you your order. The clams were delicious. The shrimp were tiny and super flat. The batter dipped fish tasted fresh and it was cooked perfectly—but the batter tasted burnt. I think the oil was no good. All in all, it was a so-so experience. Fix the speaker, make sure the oil doesn’t taste burnt, use bigger shrimp and make sure your drive thru customers have everything they asked for before leaving. Then this place would be 5 stars.

7 months agoPleasantly surprised. Food was super hot and fresh, the staff was very nice and helpful. Food had great flavor. Will for sure be back. There is a drive thru.
