2 weeks agoTo start ordered 5 whole wings and was given 6 wing dings I also ordered the family pack with 3 pieces of chicken 3 pieces of fish and shrimp, the wings were bland and dry fish tasted rancid and fishy after one bite I was turned off, the shrimp was so small it looked like it was the shrimp from a can the kind you would put on a salad. Instead of simply saying they were out of whole wings they just give me what they wanted to instead of simply saying they are out and offering me a refund. I will not go back

2 months agoI've been going around Cleveland looking for the best cheesesteak for years. Well the search has ended at Captain Shark. It is by far the best in Cleveland and at the lowest price around. It is also a seafood market and that all looks good too. Excellent little desserts as well. Should be a new regular stop for many westsiders!

2 months agoSo I asked for a 10-piece of the whiting for $25. The worker asked if i could do a review. When getting my order he said i gave u 2 extra for u doing a review. I said I'll do the review after i see what this looks like. I can't go by the 1st time I came. They should say 10-piece bites because that's exactly what this is. There is literally 2 full pieces in this box & the fish taste different. I believe its whiting & tilapia. It's cooked good and very flavorful but not what I expected.

6 months agoI got a chop cheese from here it was very underwhelming... soggy, couldn't tell what kind of meat it was and two pieces of limpy lettuce...Definitely need to step it up thought I was getting a ny styl chop cheese taste was interesting to say the least. It also took 40 mins for me to get this...I also ordered shrimp fish etc we asked to get catfish instead of the tilapia and still got what looked like tilapia or very underwhelming not seasoned catfish I give one star

6 months agoAbsolutely fantastic! The orange roughy fish and chips were incredibly fresh, perfectly crispy, and full of flavor. The owner was super cool, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel like a true local gem. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a great spot with great people!

6 months agoI let them know that I'm "The Review Queen"🤭... Me and my Hubby went there 2 days in a row. The catfish, shrimp 🍤, fries, bags of chips were excellent. Food was fresh and you could tell everything was cooked in clean grease. Which my Hubby recommended to them to Keep Doing! So many seafood places we've eaten at are closed down. We/I need fresh seafood 😩🤭. Keep up the good work fellas😀

8 months agoCalled in and placed two orders. First order: 2pc catfish dinner which comes with coleslaw, fries, and a slice of bread. Second order: 5pc whole wing dinner which comes with coleslaw, fries, and bread as well. The wing dinner was missing the coleslaw, I also asked for bbq sauce which was missing as well. Chicken was crispy but lacked seasoning/flavor. Catfish was crispy and well seasoned, fries were good too! Customer service was excellent but the guy who took my order didn’t understand what I needed but the other guy corrected my order once I got there to pay! Would like to come back to try th fried okra with fries next!
