A friend and I visited for the first time during their anniversary menu offering. Our server, Andie(sp?) was great, though we could tell very busy as our section was full. We ordered salad and lasagna. My friend also ordered wine. In full disclosure, I’m an eggplant parm girl, but lasagna was on the special menu so I went with it. I was nervous but hopeful I would like it. I have to say, it was truly the best lasagna I’ve ever had. Full of flavor, and full of filling, the bechamel tops it and just makes it so good! I also ordered a tiramisu to go because we were both full but I wanted dessert for later. Our server brought the dessert out in a to go container as requested, but also brought two spoons and insisted we try it before we left. We did and we were blown away by how perfect it was as well! It was my first time to Caraguilio’s, and though I am a regular at Owen’s Fish Camp, it won’t be my last visit to the family’s namesake eatery. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
