Dr. Singh is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were answered. Also, the receptionist, Maybel, was very friendly and welcoming. Great experience overall!
Ok...first...the bad...yes...the phone system is ridiculous (and the hold music makes you want to rip your ears off). Yes...he often runs late because he's doing rounds at the hospital first. Yes...the wait is long as well because of over crowding. However...the guy saved my life when I was dying of liver failure. He was always attentive and told me exactly what was going on at all times. One of the absolute best!!!
Doctor is generally grumpy and does not like to educate or share info related to your situation. In one case he provided wrong information that contradicted his own written report following a hospital procedure. Poor mannered and uncooperative. Multiple visits for a specific symptom but NO physical exam of any sort. Doctor is mostly interested in scheduling diagnostic procedures at hospital. After many visits, hospital procedures and lab tests, I was diagnosed with what was an obvious and well known condition that should have been identified much earlier.
