Literally the best oxtails in buff! Gravy flavorful and meat succulent.
Not sure what happened over the years, but the food was very much terrible. No Jamaican flavor whatsoever.
I love the oxtail.....the bes food in town 10000% recommend
Last night my daughter and I came to this restaurant/bar. The two ladies were awesome that worked there. The food was just as awesome as the staff. Can't wait to come back.
The worst restaurant I have been to in a long time, overpriced food, oily fries, reheated and not fresh at all. So disappointed!!!
Food quality was very disappointing today. The gravy was very dark and tasted like it had been reheated several times — similar to eating leftovers on their last leg. Unfortunately, it upset my stomach, and I’m literally writing this from the bathroom. I’ve visited this spot before and had great experiences, so I’m not sure what went wrong today. The service was still great — the shorter woman working today was polite and had a great attitude. But the food didn’t match the same quality. The oxtails tasted older than the brown stew chicken, and to top it off, there were no patties available.
This place used to be under a different name. Whoever is cooking the food now, I didn't get that Jamaican style of cooking and flavors with my recent experience. It tastes very processed. I had curry chicken and I didn't care for it and it made me very gassy. The seasonings were not there in the ingredients. I think it's under new management with different cooks. I don't recommend any thing on the menu. I don't think there's a difference between Jamaican and Caribbean food.
The rice was very mushy. I had food from this place one other time in it was really good but the second time having it was very disappointing. But the one good thing I can say is that the cabbage is really good.
