Went there for Ice cream roll with Nutella Banana and strawberries which I had before and it was delicious. But this was my first time actually entering and ordering it and the place looks a little dirty. While there I even seen a roach on the wall. Won’t be going back there.
My mother and I ordered the mango smoothies, however when I tried to add to my order for my daughter the employee refused to add it and said I should have ordered all at once. Very rude and unprofessional, he was the same way with someone else. His excuse was “at Wawa you order all at once” well we’re not at Wawa sir. We told him not to add anything spicy yet he did. Just terrible customer service!
The floor had trash on it. I heard two people complaining because they saw the chef eating and serving without gloves. My food was cold and they put it in the microwave, I expected the food to be warm without microwave. We also ordered some nachos and the meat inside it was cold. Next time order mexican food like nachos,tacos and burrito at a mexican restaurant. The price was good and the milkshakes are delicious. The lady had good customer service. The white rice and beans tasted good.
