3 months agoI'm from TX, and this was my first time here. I will be back. The ladies don't speak much English, which is ok for me because I can order in Spanish. The Asada tacos were great.

3 months agoBest Birria I’ve ever had! They were loaded down with cheese and meat. The consome had a deep, smoky, sweet, rich flavor that enhanced the flavor of the dish. The consome was also a little thicker than what I’ve had before which allowed the broth to stick to the taco better. 10/10 will be back to get some more of those! Cannot recommend enough. Also tried the following Fried cheese 4/10 Carne asada tacos 7/10 Rice 6/10 Burrito 8/10 Empanada 8/10 Everything was served with a variety of home made hot sauces which were delicious.

4 months agoAmazing food, friendly atmosphere amd great service. You get a lot of food for a great price. They have the best quesa-birria!!! These are similar two quesadillas, but they are loaded with much more meat and cheese and have a special dipping sauce. I recommend getting it. It will change your life for the better

Edited 4 months agoOh wow!! This is a fantastic Food Truck/ Patio style restaurant. The food was made with amazing love and the freshest of ingredients. I cannot say it was the best mexican/latin style food I've ever eaten, but it would be a lie if I said that it wasn't. True Pensacola Gemstone!

7 months agoAmazing food with such a great atmosphere!!! My partner and I always get the birria tacos and they are phenomenal! The owners are very sweet and friendly and you can really tell they put their soul into the food and service. By far one of our most visited and loved places in Pensacola!

a year agoOkay stop what you are doing and stop by Carne Asada Darling for not just good, but AMAZING REAL FRESH FOOD 😋😋 We got the beef grilled meat and birria tacos, and they were delicious. 💯💯💯 It is super hard to find authentic food in America, but Carne Asada Darling did not come to play. 💕💕 This family-owned spot is sooo welcoming, kind, and overall great energy all around. The food is plenty plenty for a great price too! Stop what you doing and go get you some amazing food from Carne Asada Darling asap 🙌🏾🙌🏾
