Sopas. Not a mound of cornmeal mix. More of a saucer shape with crispy edges and softer two's the center of the bowl shape. First made this way usually its a pancake with a slight mounded shape and very soft. Still very good Pork marinated almost dry but not. Some would say perfect. I prefer grease 😏 The homemade salsa for the chips if dining in was unfortunately the best iv ever had of the 1000 iv had. Just to far from home to eat regually. A+ Said there prices change very frqent. Prices about 20% higher than previous pictures/posts. Highly recommend. Ps. They also sell fresh rinds

First visit did not disappoint. Highly recommend. We had asada chimichanga and asada tacos Mexican style. Very affordable and friendly staff. Also have a great selection of products to go. Will be back!
