This place is so so good! Friendly staff and excellent food! My wife has Alpha Gal and sometimes it's difficult finding options for her but they were very accommodating. Would definitely eat here again!
Wonderful restaurant with great cocktails and delicious food. The menu is small, yet provides small plate and entree options. A full page menu of a variety of cheeses is also available for those who love various cheeses. We definetly will be back
Last night was only our second visit to Carson's. I know there will be more. It was a nice mellow experience enjoying some great food and drinks with the wife. We each had a couple of their latest cocktail creations, appetizers, and our main course. I had a rather large portion of their version of Chicken Parmesan and she had the Mahi-Mahi. All of it was delightful. Yes, you typically pay for what you receive. The best thing about them is that the ingredients are fresh and the taste amazing. You will have a great time here.
