See All ReviewsAwesome. Good Mexican at a good price. Good size portions too. Rice and beans are good. Chili Colorado was wonderfully spicy. Carne Asada was very tasty. Pastor torta was huge. Definitely try them.
I had carnitas burritos with Verde sauce, charro beans and rice. It was all very delicious but extremely spicy in particular the beans. We had to strain them out of their broth to be able to eat them and even then had to cool them down with side of sour cream and the addition of queso. My wife had the chicken enchiladas and they were quite good. Restaurant was clean. Service was good. The remarkable table in the middle of the restaurant has to be seen to be believed. It's out of a solid. Apparently 8-ft diameter, tree. Restaurant offers a small dining area and a large one as well as outdoor seating. Pricing was reasonable too. Even, given resort area, at bargain. Definitely worth a try but be prepared for very spicy.
Delicious meal. Wonderful atmosphere. We sat on the outside covered porch with our dog. We were early diners. Service was attentive and welcoming. The meal was exceptional and the fried cheesecake dessert was divine. If you're staying in the area this is a must visit restaurant!
