The lady in the front is super rude as I was ordering I was asking her questions and when she gave me the total I said “wow está caro” she proceeds to say “perfecto cancelado” and hangs up on me. I never told her to cancel my order or that I was not going to order. When I call back I tell her that was very rude and disrespectful as she is the person who gives the first impression of the place. She says vas a ordenar o no & then hangs up on me again. Do not recommend this place they treat you as if they are gifting you the food and you aren’t paying for it.
Ive been coming to this location for over 10 years as their food has always been the best! But in the past 3 times I ordered the honey chicken and the oil is dark and tastes bad…. I have brought it up to the cashier (Hispanic Lady Colombian) and her response was you are ONLY ONE who complains on this if you dont liked it then go to McDonalds. I told her I had all the right to complaint as 1. This is my money 2. Ive been a loyal customer of this location for many years and this was never like this before. 3. As any customer I had the right to say my opinion. Cashier rudely answered me to leave if I didnt like it and gave me her middle finger. I will be taking my time to go see the owner next week as her behavior is UNACCEPTABLE! the food quality is poor now. SORRY BUT THIS LOCATION IS NO LONGER A GOOD OPTION FOR CHINESE FOOD. QUALITY AND SERVICE IS 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
The food is NOT good at all. I paid $20.13 for a very small combination with poor taste. The fried rice was made with parboiled rice a few pieces of ham and cubed pork but no seasoning or taste whatsoever. Beef broccoli serving was three bite fulls. Egg drop soup taste was ok to good. Egg roll is not good at all. This is not a place I will recommend or revisit. I’m would not give it stars at all but ok I say barely 1 Star. Place is not clean either. This seems to be a Latin chef trying to cook Chinese,
