The staff was extremely nice and the place was very clean. The food was incredible (especially the empanadas!) and well priced with perfect size proportions.
A Hispanic touch to hoagies and cheesesteaks. The Dominican is excellent! They do sell empanadas, salads, and cheeseburgers too. Most meals come with plantain chips, NOT fries, but they do sell fries as a side. Staff are native Hispanic speakers, there was a little bit of a language barrier bc my Spanish is rusty. They are quite polite and friendly there. (Be careful the cook doesn't skimp your food if you order the same thing as someone else. I noticed and pointed it out, and Maria resolved it immediately, but it could still happen again.)
Listen. If you want a quick bite to eat for lunch or you are craving a hot sandwich for dinner this is the place to hit on Broad st. They serve their food with care and the plantain chips are fire! I believe they are homemade. Also the papaya smoothie! Yeah you need that in your life! Hint of cinnamon was a nice touch.
