I came to this restaurant because of the reviews. The food was okay- nothing amazing! The server took forever to take our order, bring our drinks and the food took quite a bit as well. They only had one server and I think that the owner/manager should have stepped in to assist. The tables are too small for a party of 3 let alone 4. The food is overpriced and the way it’s priced, it’s like the taxes are included in the food item, so essence you are being double taxed. What bothered me the most was that the gratuity was included in the final total and then I was being taxed on it. The server adjusted it only because I called her out on it. I wonder how many people they are doing this too. Anyhow, I will not come here again!
Searched online and found this hidden gem. The host María was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had no idea what to order and asked her if they could make something for me and without hesitation her and the chef made it and it was amazing. Ingredients are fresh and everything was delicious. The place is very cozy and peaceful and feels like you are eating at a friends house. The prices are very reasonable. We highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you Maria and chef for making our first visit unforgettable. God bless you.
