See All ReviewsI've taken my family here about 10 times. Food and service (and cocktails) are very good but also quite expensive. My best-of-their menu recommendation is the Shrimp Enchiladas. Funny story, my wife ordered that dish and thoughtfully passed her plate to me so I could cut a portion onto my plate. I accidentally tilted her plate and both her shrimp enchiladas slid off and SPLAT landed on the floor. She looked in horror and said to me with a straight face: "You ARE going to scoop that up off the floor and eat it, right?" I seriously thought about doing just that, which tells you how delicious Casa Lupe's shrimp enchiladas are!
There is a very pleasant atmosphere right at the entrance, and busy friendly waiters all over the place. It fills up quickly after 5:30pm, but the noise level was moderate. We enjoyed our lively lovely dinner immensely
Walked over from my hotel during a business trip. Unassumingly in a strip mall, the inside is bright and colorfully decorated. The margarita was very tasty - I'm not sure what was added beyond the usual recipe, but it had something extra and was delicious. The enchiladas and relleno were also tasty and the servings were large - I was too stuffed for dessert. Did see a number of tables with happy young kids, so I assume the kids' menu is good too.
