I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and serious concerns regarding a recent food order I received yesterday evening through the Uber Eats platform. My order consisted of one dozen chicken tamales. Upon inspection of the delivered tamales, I observed several highly disturbing irregularities. Specifically, the items displayed prominent black spots across their surfaces. This visual deterioration was accompanied by a distinctly foul and pungent odor, which was strongly indicative of advanced spoilage and the presence of mold. These alarming conditions rendered the entire order completely inedible. Due to the significant visual and olfactory evidence of decomposition, I was unable to consume any portion of the tamales, as doing so would have presented an unacceptable risk to my health and safety. I find it completely unacceptable for food to be delivered in such a compromised state. The quality and safety standards evidently fell far below what any customer should reasonably expect from a food service establishment. This incident raises serious questions about the food preparation and handling practices within your operation. As a direct consequence of this experience, I must convey my extreme dissatisfaction and confirm that I will not be placing any further orders with your establishment. Furthermore, I would be unable to recommend your services to others, given the significant lapse in quality and potential health hazards encountered. I trust that you will thoroughly investigate this matter and implement corrective measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
The steak and al pastor nachos were very good! The servers were friendly, quick, and welcoming. Definitely try! Parking is street parking in a neighborhood and was scarce. Anticipate possibly walking a little, if busy.
