6 months agoCasa Tequila is a great spot for Tex-Mex in Lake Jackson. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming. I’ve tried the street tacos, chimichangas, and enchiladas, and all were tasty and well prepared. Their margaritas are excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience.

3 years agoThe place was quiet. Service was great the food was great the drink was great. Definitely recommend. I was told evening gets a little more of a crowd...but we enjoyed it for our first time.

3 years agoI had tried birria tacos before, but none like the ones I had at Casa Tequila. They are by far the best tacos in town! They were delicious! This is a must try dish when going to Casa Tequila!!

4 years agoI REALLY want to like this place. It’s in a great location in downtown Lake Jackson, and it has a great vibe and nice patio. I also like that it has a good variety of menu items that you don’t find around here. The problem is that the staff are not properly trained, and the food is just *ok*. I gave my first two experiences a pass when they were still in their early opening days 7 months ago, but now that they have been open awhile, I would expect staff to have at least a basic knowledge of their own menu items and the ability to ring them in correctly. In the now 5 times I have been here (like I said, I REALLY want to like this place) the chips have been stale, the servers have had no idea what any of the menu items are when asked about them (if you’re a tequila bar - your staff should have at least a basic knowledge of what a tequila flight you have on the menu is, or how an appetizer is served), have rung things in incorrectly (every time), and the food has just been ok. I have yet to try a dish that has me wanting to come back for more. The cocktails are a little pricey, but overall good and they do have good specials through the week. I really hope the owners take the time to train their staff and get them up to speed so that they provide an overall better experience for their patrons.

5 years agoFood took a bit to come out, but that's okay. It was so worth the wait. They didn't give you so much food to where you'd be overstuffed. It was just the right amount. And omg I am not a drinker, but the two that I had last night were good. Perfect. Will be going back.

5 years agoExcellent food and drinks. Still in a soft opening phase so they are working out kinks with the wait staff. But I would definitely come back just for the spicy mango margarita.
