Hadn't been in a few months, we were having company and decided to go get some fish. I ordered 10 piece filet, half and half extra crispy and an extra fry. The fish no longer tastes like catfish, but tastes like basa or swai, it's very mushy and gummy. The fries were half cooked and mushy. I don't know what happened to the quality of the food, but this was horrible.
Haven't visited CC in years, placed my order and several people came on after me received their orders before me. I had to ask if they were working on my order. When I received my order, I had pieces that were old...every piece was not fresh (fact). Until I find out where Seafood Connection moved to, I'll take my business elsewhere.
It's basic, but the spicy catfish and their home made tarter spice is legit good. There are a couple tables in the lobby but I get the impression that this place is take out only. Ordered the 3 filet combo and got more than we expected. Great value and great food.
