I pass by this truck all the time and finally decided to stop by. I’m only kicking myself that I didn’t go sooner. I ordered the quesabirria which comes with 4 and a container of consomé, (not pictured) 2 bistec tacos, and a side of rice. Definitely some of the best birria I’ve ever had! The lady who took my order was very friendly and apologized about the wait time (it was about 15 min). I’ll for sure be back with friends!
