I called to place an order tonight and was told the wait would be around 40 minutes, which I completely understood. I politely responded that we would just pass this time because of the wait. Instead of responding professionally, the woman on the phone immediately hung up on me. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful at all, so the reaction was unnecessary and honestly shocking. I understand restaurants get busy, but customer service and basic respect still matter. Very disappointing experience. :(
If you want an awesome old school style pizza this is the place. The pizza is always hot and yummy and the service is great. SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Great pizza. Have loved the pizza for many years. The only problem is can never get ahold of them to make an order. The last 6 times in the last 3 months I have tried to call in a pick up order. Not once was my phone call answered. So we ordered elsewhere.
