Extremely disappointed with our experience. We reserved this restaurant to celebrate a birthday with family and friends, but instead of feeling welcomed, we felt rushed throughout the evening. The staff pushed us to order immediately and made it clear that time was limited, which took away from the celebration. For a special occasion, customer service and hospitality should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those standards, and we would not return.
If you’re planning on celebrating a birthday, definitely don’t do it here! We had a reservation scheduled for 10pm, as soon as we arrived we were told we had 15min to order our food. We were handed menus and the waiter was hovering over us to take our order before I even got to sit down. The restaurant closes at 12am. We were a party of about 20 people. Had we been informed that upon arrival we would only have 15min to order we would’ve taken our business elsewhere. The staff was very rude and we felt extremely rushed. Definitely not the experience we would’ve wanted especially when celebrating a birthday party!
In town for a while and happened to stop in for a drink. It was awesome, the drinks are made with all fresh ingredients, no crappy syrups or mixers. Ended up getting some food that was amazing. Will definitely be back here while I’m in town! For the drinks and the food!!
