I am Peruvian, the food is decent. But the owner is just so cheap and always trying to get over on his customers. I would recommend maybe for non Peruvian nationals
I am so disappointed. This does not taste like authentic Peruvian food. I had pollo saltado and it taste like chicken with pepper and soy sauce and the fries were raw inside. I did get a lunch special so it wasn’t a lot of food.
I love this Peruvian restaurant. Delicious authentic pisco sour, yummy yuca con la huancaina, y leche de Tigre, variety of tallarines. Great place to dine!!
I wanted to like this place, since it was a new Peruvian restaurant close to where I live. I was unfortunately very disappointed. The prices are too high for what they serve you. Their “chifa” menu should be completely removed, they definitely don’t know what even goes into a typical tipakay and chijaukay. My meal had no vegetables or the correct sauce and they don’t even serve you rice as a side, you need to purchase a rice dish separately.
Ordered lomo saltado as take out with my wife. She is Peruvian from Peru and I have visited Peru with her. We both loved the food and flavors. We usually judge a new place based on their lomo saltado, and we will be back based on our experience. We particularly enjoyed how they separated the components for take out so the sauce did not make the fries soggy. I am updating my review. The reasons are due to how long it takes them to prepare a take out order and getting our second take out order wrong after making us wait over an hour to get the food from the pick up time. The first time we did take out it was about 20-30min late but we overlooked it due to them being new and the food being good. This time it took an hour for the order to be produced and it was wrong. They gave us ti pa-kay and chi jau-kay without any vegetables and the chi jua-kay didn’t come with any sauce. $20 for just some chicken and only the ti pa-kay sauce. We wanted to like this place, but we will not be returning.
First time here, and we will definitely be back. Luz was great. The ceviche and causa were delicious! 🤤
This Peruvian 🇵🇪 gem opened last weekend, and I couldn’t wait to try it. I ordered the ceviche de pescado.- fresh, spicy, so good, and a generous portion. I couldn’t resist the Tallarine verde with filet mignon bites.- Delicious! 🤤 Enjoyed a couple cusqueñas with dinner, and ended the meal with a caramel flan. 🍮 I can’t wait to comeback and try other dishes on the menu.
Very fresh and authentic, from the sangria to the Ceviche. Perfect dinner with the mashed potatoes and octopus!
