Update: Update: The Tosti-Ceviche in the purple bag!🙌🙌🙌 The cashier's taste buds did not disappoint. This was recommended by both a customer and the cashier, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The portion size is great for the price and the flavor is even better. Of course, I always want more, but for what you're paying, it's a solid deal. I also came back for the red aguachile-ceviche mix that I mentioned before. Once again, it was recommended by the cashier, and once again, it did not disappoint. The red sauce continues to be my favorite over the green. They also serve something on the weekends that everyone keeps talking about, but I forgot the name. Apparently, it sells out fast, so next time I'll be showing up right when they open to make sure I get some before it's gone. So far, this place is still holding the top spot for ceviche and aguachiles in Laredo. So far, this is the best ceviche I've had in Laredo, Texas. The shrimp ceviche and aguachiles are excellent. The shrimp is well-cooked in lime, with no raw taste at all. I was also given a sample of the red aguachiles, and they were outstanding. The red sauce had a great flavor and honestly beat the green aguachiles for me. The green version is still very good, but next time I'll be ordering the red. The only reason I gave this place a 4.9 instead of a perfect 5 is because of the cocktail. It still leans a little too heavily on the tomato flavor for my taste. After talking with several restaurants, I've found that my favorite shrimp cocktails use a balanced mix of Clamato and the shrimp cooking broth. That combination creates a lighter, more flavorful juice rather than a thick tomato-based sauce. That being said, the ceviche and aguachiles here are the best I've found in Laredo so far, and I'll definitely be back
