6 months agoI love this shop. They have fixed boots that I never thought I’d be able to wear by widening them to fit my feet. Also they have repaired several pair to the point of being new - or better. They are the best!!!

a year agoI’ve been using the shop for all my shoe repairs. He’s wonderful and always does an amazing job. His prices are very reasonable and I’m lucky to have them close to home.

a year agoI dropped off my favorite work boots to be re-soled rather than spend $300+ on another pair... this shop brought life back into these boots. The cobbler worked his magic on a pair of boots that I was certain were trash. He also did a great job of cleaning and conditioning the leather 👌. These boots fit like my favorite pair of socks... CHARLIE ROCKS!

2 years agoI had problems finding a good pair of shoes being that I like to walk a lot and was on my feet all day at work. A mutual friend recommended that I check out Randy at Charlie’s Bootery.. Randy recommended his Apex selection of footwear and I go months and miles on the sneakers recommended in comfort before I have to order a new pair. I highly recommend this place for footwear and any of your leather needs.

2 years agoTwice a year at least maybe more ;) it’s all about the shoes…I take a drive down to Charlie’s in Clinton and hand over shoes and boots that need resoling, tips on heels etc and when he states they will be ready on such a day, they are ready and it is usually a week or less which is amazing. His work is impeccable! The quality of the materials that he uses on my repairs last me through daily wear. If they need polishing, he polishes them without even having to ask. They are in like new condition. I highly recommend him - you won’t be disappointed. Prices for repairs - what is that favorite footwear(s) worth to you? 💐

3 years agoA few days after purchasing a new pair of boots (somewhere else) the plastic sole of the heel fell off. We brought the boots to Charlie’s while passing through town and they were able to take care of it for us expedited. Randy did such incredible work at an incredibly fair rate and we are so grateful. Easily would give this place and Randy’s work more stars if we were able to.

4 years agoL O V E these sneakers!! Big color fans over hear & if our light is TOO MUCH for you please look away! Cause I’m gonna wear these amazing, comfortable, fun sneakers 4 ME! They make ME happy!! Walked in wearing $36 (really fun) golden sparkle sneakers which were not kind to my ankles and out the door with these bad boys! AND…2 pairs of sandles & 2 boots 🤩😱🤯 Certainly not cheap; the investment was in Rogue. We were recently, no strings attached, 1st time ever, gifted $500. This was about trusting the flow of abundance and flow. And SO much prefer having abundance flow through our life cal area than Amazon! To address the 1 star reviews…yes, the woman that owns the store is quiet and keeps to herself. It can feel off putting. What highlights this sadly is the lack of music, so it feels sooo quiet and all you hear is the laughter from the hair salon next door! I’ll take the trade of some REALLY COOL, UNIQUE, GREAT QUALITY SHOES! Maybe the plant ladies could help! 💖
