I got a chicken steak and the homie got a cheese steak. He said his was bomb. The chicken steak looked like strips of chicken breast, cheese, peppers and onions. We both got fries. My sandwich had good flavor, bread seemed fresh, fries were pretty good too. The problem was how long it took to make the sandwiches. This was a big problem! We showed up at 1:15pm and diddnt get our food till 2pm. We considered canceling the order and going somewhere else but figured the food has to be absolutely phenomenal, but it was just good. Good is fine if it takes 15 mins max to cook. The staff was friendly but there needs to be a restructure with the cooks. Expand the grill, hire another cook, i dont know, figure it out. To wait 45 minutes for lunch when the place diddnt have a line out the door is ridiculous. Honestly, I wont be back.
Great menu, good service, pretty good cheesesteak. Worth it.
Absolute home town feel. Tons of options on the menu so you’ll find something you love. Everyone here seems like old friends. Portions are insane and prices less than fast food. Treat yourself and come meet the people at Charlie’s 🙌
