I had an outstanding experience at Charly’s! The food was simply exquisite, bursting with authentic flavors that left me craving more. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making my visit all the more enjoyable. Even though it was a bustling spot, the service was impressively efficient, and the owner went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed. I loved the warm and inviting atmosphere, and I can’t wait to come back and indulge in those delicious gorditas! This local gem is a must-visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience!
Menudo is always on point. They do need to work on their customer service skills. Ladies look like they are being forced to work.
Bread was not toasted right, they didn’t put onions in the bag and put one little lime for a large menudo. Very disappointing there is never consistency. Not to mention very rude.
The times I've been here,I felt VERY unwanted and criticized. Every time we have ordered food, the chips were stale and tasted about a week old and the salsa always tasted warm and old. Sometimes had no taste to it. The waitress always seemed to take her time in placing our order. By the time we get our food it is either very warm or cold. Sometimes we'd get tortillas or bread that is moldy. Was made fun of by several waitresses there who I guess has never seen an Asian person eat Mexican food. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent customer service there food is always freshly made and they always listen to how you want your food prepared the cooks are excellent how they care of making the food and they make it with lots of love that make the food very delicious 5 stars to them really recommend to me it’s the best of El Paso in Mexican food from where I been to other that I been and there plates are very clean in how they serve
I went on a Sunday morning around 8:20am for the first time ever. It was not full by any means. There were 3 other tables occupied, and the largest of the tables (of 3 ppl) had already been served. I ordered a medium menudo. Staff was friendly but it took 30+ minutes to be served. The menudo was ok, it did lack some flavor and the toasted bolillo bread was soggy with margarine. Prices are good/fair. There is a service fee when using a debit/credit card, bring cash to save you the fee. Needless to say I won't be coming here again nor recommending to others.
They knew the bread was moldy and served it to me anyway!. Made me 🤢 sick, knowing that they do not care about their customers!. Check the menudo bread before eating!. I've been here before and the food quality was a lot better. I don't think I'll be coming back here anymore!.
Very affordable Mexican food. The soups are great. I tried albondiga and Caldo de res. Waitress was excellent. Reccomended if you are near by.
