3 months agoAll their food is delicious! More than just cheesesteaks, all kinds of things on the menu. Super friendly owners, small mom and pop shop. They have picnic table and a bar to eat outside when it’s nice!

3 months agoOutstanding cheesesteaks with next-level bread We stopped by Cheese Steaks on Main Street in Festus for lunch yesterday and it was so good. My wife ordered the Spicy Cheese Steak, and I went with a special teriyaki cheesesteak with provolone and both were absolutely loaded with flavor. We shared fries and tots, which were hot, crispy, and the perfect sides. But the real standout? The bread. Hands down some of the best cheesesteak bread we’ve had soft, fresh, and sturdy enough to hold everything together. It seriously sets their cheesesteaks apart from others we’ve tried. Great food, great experience, and we’ll definitely be back. If you’re in Festus and craving a legit cheesesteak, this place is a must-try.

5 months agoEverything is made fresh to order with love. I can be a picky eater and everything I’ve ever had has been phenomenal!!!! I absolutely love this place. From a delicious juicy gyro, the best cheese steak around, wings, sandwiches. Break the cycle of the boring every day fast food drive-through and give this place a shot. You will not regret it. 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

7 months agoI have only had this place 1 time back shortly when it opened. And they were complimentary due to where I worked.. it was fabulous then.. I got the French dip today...!!! 🤯. This is the best damn French dip I've ever gotten anywhere. There was an issue with slaw... But IDC. The food more than made up for it. I did call just to make sure it wasn't something I did and the manager was so nice. I didn't want compensation or anything from her. I understand it gets busy there and shit happens. But regardless. I'd order this again even if I was missing my slaw every time😅. 10\10 for me

7 months agoA TRUE Philly cheesesteak sandwich!!! Beef, onions and cheese wiz!! I added pepperoncini peppers. DELICIOUS!!!! Was SO HUNGRY and, it was SO YUMMY, we took pics after we took bites! Oh well!! Will definitely return!!

10 months agoWOW I would give this place a MILLION stars if I could!!!!!! I went today for the first time, and the staff is so friendly and kind. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch + cheese fries, this food is AMAZING and SO FRESH!!!!!! I literally cannot believe I waited this long to go there. They should have a mile long line with how good and cheap the food is!!!! 100/10 would go back!!!

11 months agoAlthough I have not visited in several years, I have consistently found the sandwiches to be reasonably authentic and freshly prepared. Regrettably, this was not the case today. The steak was precooked and had a distinct seasoning profile that deviated from that of a traditional Philly cheesesteak. Additionally, the tots were not of the previous quality.

Edited 7 months ago$35.00 For 2 phillies with mushrooms onion and bell pepper, and a cheese steak fry. My sandwhich had maybe 1/4 of a cup of steak if I am lucky. Pretty sure they gave me the whole onion bell pepper and pack of mushrooms on one sandwhich and my fries though. Not what I was Expecting for $35. However I am sure it wouldve been amazing. If they wouldve gave me the steak I paid for! Ps that is mushrooms not steak on my fries!
