Cheesesteak was offical ,fries good Clams need a portion boost in and out even on a busy Friday night Id like more clam strips guess I will order 2 for $18 next time instead of $9 overall I was very satisfied with the crispy great flavor and clean fry oil
Ordered my food through DoorDash. I wanted to try something new and something that was close to my job, so I picked Chef Skip 757. The Philly cheesesteak was PHENOMENAL. I toasted the hoagie in my air fryer with everything on it once I got home to eat it, and it was even MORE amazing. But I tasted it before I did that, and it was delicious! I didn’t ask for anything extra, just had a regular Philly cheesesteak. The steak, cheese, and peppers were the best amount for me! It wasn’t spicy at all, just had a nice kick to the point where you know there are peppers in it. The steak was cooked very well…not under- or overcooked. And the cheese helped bring it all together! I would definitely recommend that…WITH the cornbread! The cornbread tasted homemade…soft, moist, and the right amount of sweetness. The sweet tea was good! I added the ice when I got home. My hubby said the salmon bites were good! Seasoned nicely with the right amount of crunch. And these are the best kind of fries I like with my meals. My husband also said he loved the banana pudding…the best he’s ever tasted in a while. The ONLY thing I was missing with my order was the Mac and Cheese bites. I was SUPER SAD, but I’ll make sure I get them the next time I order. I definitely will be placing an order sometime soon. Thank you for the amazing food!!! ☺️
This place was a pleasant surprise. Being a native of Portsmouth, I have seen businesses in this location come and go. Judging the food I got Friday, they deserve to grow and be in a more accessible location. I got the fish and shrimp to as a litmus test to see what they're working with. Wow, honestly wasn't expecting much.WRONG. The fish was very well seasoned and we asked them to fry it a lil hard and she did just that. The shrimp were nice sized and cooked perfectly. The fries...good, but cheesy broccoli bites are hitting. They gave enuff food for my money so I was happy. I let myself down by not taking pictures like I usually do, but I'll be back within a week or two so I can start going down the menu. I truly hope that they are able to get some place where they can really be seen.
