Delicious food and great prices. The staff is terrific. I'm from DC and had low expectation of a Chinese restaurant so far from an urban area, but Chen's knocks it out of the park.
I ordered the Udon Noodles with chicken. 11/10 phenomenal. The food is great, Affordable, and they don’t hold back on portions.
We got take out once and it was ok. Chicken was floppy and a strange texture. There are not a lot of options in Surry for lunch so we figured we would try dining in. When we entered the lady was running back and forth acting stressed and frazzled. She was rude when I picked up the take out as well. We couldn't find a clean table or a booth that wasn't broken. We saw actually mold in the Siracha and decided to leave and went somewhere else. They definitely don't care about customers dining in. Maybe it culaught them on a bad day but when the front of the restaurant is falling apart and there is moldy condiments I will take my business elsewhere. Would not recommend.
