⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m visiting from New York, and as an Ethiopian myself, I have very high standards when it comes to Ethiopian food. I’ve tried many Ethiopian restaurants over the years, including several in Dallas, and I’ve honestly been disappointed by most of them. This restaurant completely exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing—authentic flavors, perfectly seasoned, and truly felt like home. You can taste the care, tradition, and quality in every bite. This is by far the best Ethiopian restaurant I’ve found in Dallas, and I will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in town. በጣም ጣፋጭ ምግብ፣ እውነተኛ የኢትዮጵያ ጣዕም። አመሰግናለሁ!
Husband saw this place online so we stopped in. You order before you sit and wait for your meal. From line to sitting it was maybe 40 minute wait for the food. We got a platter that feeds up to 4 people with a variety of things. They did run out of several dishes but the staff was very accommodating. Not big on the spongy bread that came with the meal but everything was decent.
I loved loved loved everything. The service was great, everyone was so nice. There was a wonderful woman helping us with our order at the register. She answered all of our questions. The restaurant felt very warm and inviting. This was our first time trying Ethiopian food and it was absolutely lovely. The coffee was wonderful as well. We tried the Tex Ethiopian platter for two (substitute for the lamb you won’t regret it). I’m already planning my next trip. Thank you!!!
