Fantastic food and service! I drive 45 minutes just to have a beef sandwich from Paulies!
Not sure I can say much that has not already been said. The building is not much to look as a matter of fact I drove around two times before I even found it. It is essentially in the parking lot of a gas station. it is completely to go and there is no seating outside. Don’t be in a hurry because it does take time for your order, but you will be so happy that you waited not only is the food delicious the guy running it is a pleasure to talk to I had the Italian beef spicy, but it wasn’t overly spicy. It’s only open for a few hours a day so you have to get there early and when it opens, there will be a line. I can hardly wait to go to try the other items.
Heard about Chicago Paulie's on the radio and decided to give it a try. It did not disappoint! Ordered the "Best of Both Worlds" at the suggestion of the customer in front of us. It was an Italian Beef and a Chicag Dog. Wow! The flavors and quality are amazing! The sandwich is a bit spicy, but that did not stop me from gobbling it down! There was a line, but everyone was friendly and patient. Will definitely return!
