Well, it is the best in Joliet. It wasn’t Smoque barbecue like from the north side of Chicago, but it was better than dusty Lims On the south side where you gotta stand down the street before you get your order that sucks. I think Lim’s ‘s need to come up with a better concept on how to serve people barbecue.
I wanted some rib tips and I found this place in Joliet. Took a drive from Darien Illinois and it was worth it. Very good rib tips but a few bones.
Me and my husband stopped by, I ordered 1/2 tip and link combo with mixed sauce, my husband ordered wing and tip combo with mild sauce, and I must say this was the best bbq we have had EVER!!! Good job to the owner and the employees. stopping here for lunch was a great experience
