See All ReviewsI have been wanting to try this place for months and so I finally made the 25 minute drive to the restaurant. I specifically wanted the chicken Caesar wrap, but let me tell you that I got absolutely bamboozled by this thing. The guy working at the counter, told me that it came with croutons, grilled chicken, lettuce, mayo, and ranch, and I looked at him a little confused. I asked him if it came with Caesar dressing and he in all seriousness said no. Because of that, I figured I would try a few more things while I was there so I also ordered the crawfish egg roll, red beans, and rice, and the two piece Thursday special for $3.50 For one, the food took 25 minutes to come out even though it wasn’t really busy in there, but I guess everything is made to order so I was patient. Then they had two TVs with two different channels on both playing pretty loud in opposite corners of the restaurant so that was throwing me off having to listen to that. One TV is blasting oldies while the other TV had Ne-Yo hootin and hollering all up in my ear lol I finally get the food that I ordered and the main thing I came for, the chicken Caesar wrap, didn’t even have the stuff that the guy told me it was going to have on it. It had no mayo, just ranch. And it had no croutons, but they added tomato, red onion, and pickles. I mean, the chicken was really good and tender, but it was nothing remotely close to a chicken Caesar wrap, which was highly disappointing. The fries it came with were good, but they weren’t even warm so that kind of sucked The crawfish eggroll was five dollars, and I thought it came with more than one but nope just five bucks for a small little eggroll that maybe he had three or four crawfish tails with rice. Definitely skippable The red beans and rice was extremely watery, which made it almost inedible, but the flavor was decent so I was able to get down a few bites before I got over it Lastly, the chicken is the only reason why I’m giving this review three stars instead of two. The cheapest thing that I ordered, which was the chicken was actually the best. I have no bad things to say about the chicken, it’s some of the best fried chicken I’ve had in years so I would potentially come back for that but next time, hopefully at least my fries are warm. Tip to the restaurant: Maybe rename the chicken Caesar wrap to just grilled chicken wrap. Also maybe mute one of the TVs if you already have audio coming out of another and they’re not on the same channel
No longer Chicken, Burgers, & More. Located inside the gas station. AGAIN, NO LONGER CHICKEN, BURGERS, & MORE. This location has a new place called 5th level and they only serve fried chicken. Chicken is good but do not look for any variety of flavors. They offer 3pc, 5pc or 10pc with fries and Hawaiian dinner rolls.
This place was really finger licking good. I don’t eat everyone’s chicken but this chicken is super gooood. The owner takes pride in his work and his business. Truly amazing daughter! I will be back again. And I got a 8 peice. Falling of the bone. 🍖
