Last week ordered livers. Hard as rocks and totally inedible. Tonight I ordered chicken strips. Half of them were stringy and tough. If that is the best that they can do, I'll save myself the drive out there and eat in town.
Well, let's see. First and foremost, the person who took my order was very pleasant and welcoming. My order was a complete flop. I ordered the 9pc gizzards, was asked to pull up under the canopy as my gizzards were being made fresh., they weren't. They were barely warm, fried too hard or perhaps harden from sitting under a warning lamp too long. My roll was completely cold and the tea is eye shutting sweet. Loved the service, disliked my food.
I ordered online while in the parking lot, the food was ready within 5minutes, FRESH AND HOT, all personnel was wonderful, look like the MGR was cooking, wow what a great place!!!!
