Super friendly but the food is subpar , super salty to the point it’s almost inedible. Chicken and beef super rubbery and hard to chew. Really disappointed
This is the best and most fresh Chinese in Cleveland. The crab rangoon actually has crab and scallions giving a depth of flavor to the cheese they are well made and crispy. Shrimp egg rolls have many baby whole shrimp in them. The wonton soup has stuffed wonton with meat and a very flavorful broth. Fried rice was delicious; not too salty just right with a nice umami flavor. The shrimp mei fun has a large amount of shrimp that are fresh and not overcooked, and the noodles are cooked perfectly too. They also give generous amount of sauce for crab rangoon and dipping. The delivery was fast and done by one of the owners who was very nice. Good prices, not overly inflated you can get a nice meal for $10.50, they have lunch specials for less, around $7 but I haven't tried lunch yet.
This was the second time I've had China Bay in the past six months. They will be my new Chinese takeout as long as the meals stay this good. Three people, three different meals and add-ons. I have tried many chinese take out, and this place has been by far the best. Everyone enjoyed their food. It was fresh and flavorful. I ordered the chicken and vegetables without brocolli extra mushroom and got exactly what I ordered. The rice was fresh, seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The crab ragoon is by far the best I've ever had. The shells were stuffed. We received all of our sauces and sauce packets. I can honeslty say with all the takeout ive ordered this place marked all the boxes ive wanted in each place ive ordered.
