I’ve never had an issue with this restaurant before, but today’s experience was very disappointing. I called to ask about pricing before placing an order, and the staff member who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was still speaking. I understand places can get busy, but there’s no excuse for that level of customer service. Hoping this was just a one-time situation and that it improves moving forward.
Some of the best Chinese food around here. The service is always fast whether it is order in or take out always service with a smile. Great job A+ in my book.
Just ordered from here and this isn’t the first time in the past I have never had any complaints but today unfortunately I did not receive what asked for the chicken was burnt and over cooked the rice was dry and I ask for chicken in my rice and didn’t get that as well on top of it all I asked for a homemade fruit punch and was given pink lemonade it’s safe to say they will not be hearing from me or my family again
