Crappy food and extremely slow. Rude when asked about the wait time . Definitely will never go back !!!!
Great food, love coming for the spicy orange chicken, they make everything fresh so it usually take 20 to 30 minutes to be ready but is totally worth it 👌
this place is trash for their operations and food. food is mediocre, the meat is always questionable, and ridiculous amounts of sodium and/or sauces drown their food. anyone who eats here, doesnt know what real chinese food is. they close at 9 but close the lobby at 8, forcing their customers to wait ridiculous amount of time even if their food is ready. THEY DO NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO COME IN AND PAY FOR THEIR FOOD IF ITS A PICKUP ORDER. they will blatantly ignore anyone who tries to go in or call after 8, you can hear them answer the phone and hang-up, again forcing customers to wait in line no matter how many people are waiting in their very compact parking lot/drive thru. other customers who are parked cant even back out and leave if the line is long and they wont tell a customer to go park even if they are holding up the line if their order isnt ready making wait times 2x as long. this place is a joke and do not care about their customers. especially their manager, jennifer. if you dont care enough about your customers then you dont need to be running a business. RESPONSE TO THE OWNER REPLY: 2020? When COVID had started? Of course you closed doors early back then because it had become part of covid regulations. You didnt even try to address any of the other issues mentioned. 6 years later, maybe it's time for a change in operations and management.
