Best st paul I've ever had hands down. If you like quality Chinese this is your spot. Definitely a must try. Update: I've been back once a week since I tried kims and everything I try is just top notch. Egg rolls, combo plates etc. I refuse to go anywhere else now. I live in wentzville and have planned city trips with the family around kims.
