Terrible new customer service I have been going to china wok for more than 10 years with no issue and after today they lost a regular . We asked for a small order of plain shrimp fried rice repeated multiple times PLAIN and a small chicken with broccoli in white sauce . Due to the fact the person eating the meal was allergic to onions. We Received order and when opened saw the order had everything as in vegetables and onions. Called establishment told that the meal was incorrectly made. The person who answered phone at first said hold to speak to manager when speaking to the manager she told us that they had to make sure the order was received correctly. Manager said to bring the whole order back which we did. When at the establishment the entire family was already waiting in the front and began stating that they weren’t wrong and we never said that the order was meant to be plain and the call was recorded which by the way is illegal to do so without permission of the other party FYI. The calls were never provided when asked but the brand new plate was already made and waiting. It’s the principle of respect towards the customer and care like it’s an allergen situation and it could easily been resolved with a refund or a remade plate as it was already paid for and untouched. Not with finger pointing and accusatory threats. Shame on yah.

Stopped by here while I was passing by an area. General chicken was okay but shrimp was not acceptable. Even though it was lunch order, ONLY 4pcs of 16/20 shrimps. All rest were vegetables. This is just humiliation of customer.
