I had to ask 3 times for my mobile order even though the app said it’s ready but there’s nothing on the shelf. Nobody cares about the mobile order. Torchy Taco is doing way better.
This is a newer chipotle, the staff is friendly and they give extra portions without the attitude. Idk if that’s because it’s new and the employees are new, but so far so good. The food was also very well made, sometimes the steak is inconsistent at chipotle but this one was good. I’ll be back to this one for sure since it’s close to me. Will update my review accordingly.
Carlos at Chipotle was seriously the best! From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, he was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Customer service like his really stands out, and they truly need more people like him. I’m so glad I decided to come to this new Chipotle location, and because of employees like Carlos, I’ll definitely continue coming back. Thank you for making the experience such a great one!
