We hired cholula tree service to come and cut one tree. appointment was scheduled from 9:30am and never heard from them. My husband called them several times and they never answered the phone. I’m sure they knew who it was that was calling so then I called from my office And the call was picked up right away, And the reason why they didn’t come at 9:30 was because they got stuck in a job, but as a business owner, you’re supposed to call your clients and let them know that you cannot make it. so then they said they were gonna come at 2 o’clock, and still a no show. 3pm and no one shows up. That Is horrible service from the beginning. We will be hiring someone else. Common courtesy is to give your clients a phone call if you cannot make it.

Hired Cholula Tree Service for tree trimming. During the job, a paver on my property was broken, and a falling branch struck my truck while it was parked on the street. My wife witnessed one of the workers walk up to and inspect the truck immediately afterward. When I contacted the owner to discuss the damage, he refused to take responsibility or offer any compensation, including additional work to offset the damage. The damage occurred during active cutting, and no effort was made to acknowledge or take ownership of it. The work was completed, but the refusal to address damage caused during the job was disappointing.
